The Little Rock shopping center acquired by a group led by the Keet family sold for $11.3 million, Pulaski County property records show.
The group, KBK-Breck LLC, announced last week that it had purchased Breckenridge Village at 10301 N. Rodney Parham Rd. but did not disclose the price of the transaction.
The seller is Hank Kelley’s I-430 LLC, a group that includes Dale “Bo” Briggs, John and Karen Flake, the estate of Rogers Cockrill, Donald T. Jack Jr., and Rebecca and George Wells. Kelley and Briggs are staying on as part of the new ownership group, with Kelley Commercial Partners of Little Rock set to continue managing the center.
The buyers group includes Michael Bodnar of Nashville, who has partnered with the Keets’ JTJ Restaurants LLC to bring the Waldo’s Chicken & Beer restaurant chain to Arkansas.
Waldo’s is one of four restaurants that are part of a redevelopment plan for the shopping center, which was built in 1980. The multi-million dollar project includes new signage, new building exteriors and a new courtyard with amphitheater-style seating.
The Regal UA Breckenridge movie theater will remain at the shopping center.
