Brent Miller has been promoted to associate creative director at The Communications Group of Little Rock. Miller is also lead art director for the advertising agency’s B2B Industrial Manufacturing Group.

Haley Tranum has been named manager of search strategy at the Rogers office of the Rockfish agency.
