Trent Brown has been hired as senior vice president and northeast Arkansas loan manager for FNBC Bank of Ash Flat.
Brown, who will work in Jonesboro, will help clients with selecting the lending services that support their needs, and expand and develop relationships throughout northeast Arkansas.
Ashley Carper has joined First Arkansas Bank & Trust of Jacksonville as a senior vice president and commercial loan officer based at the bank’s Sherwood location. Carper’s 30-year career includes positions in human resources, audit, loan review, trust, private banking and commercial lending.

Joe Gould, previously director of information technology services for Smiley Technologies of Little Rock, has been hired to succeed Mead as Citizens’ senior vice president of information technology.
Matthew Cramblett has been hired as vice president and commercial loan officer in Rogers. In his new role, Cramblett is in charge of the management and growth of a commercial loan portfolio in northwest Arkansas.
Tylor King has been hired as senior managed services engineer at Mainstream Technologies in Little Rock. King previously served as system administrator at Standard Computer Inc.
