A house, a mixed bag of commercial property, retail space and a future hotel site provide a quartet of recent million-dollar transactions in Little Rock.
• Bruce and Hallie Lindsey sold their 3,977-SF home in Little Rock’s East Palisades neighborhood for $1.3 million.
Buyer? 20 East Palisades LLC, led by Frank O’Mara.
• Tommy J. Lasiter Family Ltd. purchased sole ownership of three commercial properties in Little Rock for more than $1.2 million.
The limited partnership acquired a two-thirds stake in the 12,780-SF retail project at 5501 Kavanaugh Blvd. and an undeveloped half block along the west side of Scott Street between 13th and Daisy Bates Drive.
The deal included a 50 percent stake in the 8,988-SF commercial project at 1707-1711 Main St., which included 1.4 acres.
Seller: The Irrevocable Trust of Doyle W. Rogers Sr. & Josephine Raye Rogers.
• Southern Reel LLC, led by Rodney Thomason, bought a 4,800-SF location to house Southern Reel Outfitters at 14908 Cantrell Road in the Cantrell Falls Plaza project for $1.2 million.
Seller? 14910 Cantrell LLC, led by Steve Hockersmith.
• Carole Baker sold an undeveloped 4.47-acre site on the south side of East Roosevelt Road, east of the Comfort Inn & Suites Airport for $1.1 million.
Buyer: Airport Hotels LLC, led by Rajesh Mehta.
