Burkhalter Sells Fountaine Bleau North for $34.1MLock Icon

This week’s six-pack of real estate transactions encompasses North Little Rock apartments, a Vilonia grocery store, a Conway medical office building, a west Little Rock office building, Lonoke County acreage and Saline County retail property.

► Burkhalter FBN LLC, led by John Burkhalter, sold the 217-unit Fountaine Bleau North apartments at 4401 E. 46th St. in North Little Rock for $34.1 million.

Buyer: PCFB Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Peak Capital Partners of Provo, Utah.

► MDC Coast 20 LLC, an affiliate of Realty Income Corp. of San Diego, bought the 12,384-SF Harps grocery store at 1086 Main St. in Vilonia for $5.6 million.

Seller? Cole GS Vilonia AR LLC, an affiliate of Vereit Inc. of Phoenix.

► COSMC LLC, led by Dr. Scott Smith, sold the 26,928-SF Conway Regional Therapy Center at 550 Club Lane for $4.6 million to Conway Regional Medical Center Inc.

► 1224 Aldersgate LLC, led by Dr. Arpana Edala and Dr. Oumitana Kajkenova, purchased the 13,552-SF Pavilion Woods office building at 2300 Andover Court in west Little Rock for $2 million.

Seller: Pavilion Woods Partners LLC, led by Barry Corkern.

► Mars Inc., led by Christopher Douglas, sold more than 450 acres in Lonoke County for $1.8 million to Charles and Shaundra Nisbett.

The farmland is about 3 miles north of the Blakemore community on the west side of Highway 31.

► Tisdale Properties & Development LLC, led by Tracy and Terre Tisdale, bought a 6.8-acre piece of the East Gate Shopping Center at 25255 Hwy. 5 in western Saline County for $1.2 million.

Seller? JN&P Investments LLC, led by Keith Johnson.

The deal included the 40,372-SF former Cranford Grocery and the adjoining 8,700-SF Dollar General. The grocery store space is on tap for conversion to a USA Self-Storage project.
