PBC Properties LLC of Denver and The Mustard Seed LLC of Castle Rock, Colorado, purchased the County Line Business Center at 11419-11421 Stagecoach Road.
The seller is HJJB Stagecoach LLC, led by Carol Hodges.
The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $2.7 million from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
HJJB bought the 19.26-acre development for $3 million in December 2010 from Dennis Properties LLC, led by Damon and Angela Dennis.
Pharmacy Buy
A 13,372-SF Walgreens in southwest Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.24 million.
Black Water Meadows LLC, led by the Jeffrey A. Morris Property Trust of Menlo Park, California, acquired the 5917 Baseline Road project from W. Baseline Associates LLC of New York.
The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $2 million from Northern Trust Co. of Chicago.
The 1.33-acre development was purchased for $2.2 million in July 1996 from Hawkins-Smith & McLane Blgs. of Boise, Idaho.
Mill Works Sale
A 30,750-SF industrial project in North Little Rock rang up a $1.2 million sale.
Dobra Properties LLC, led by Brandon Aydlett, bought the Greenfield Mill Works at 7517 Counts Massie Road. The seller is 3J Real Estate LLC, led by Jimmy Greenfield.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $960,000 from Little Rock’s Bank OZK.
The 2.28-acre site was acquired in December 1981 as part of a $75,000 deal with Emmett and Mary Oliver.
Acreage Acquisition
Nearly 355 acres in southeast Pulaski County drew a $791,000 transaction.
Jackson and Danielle Wheat purchased the farmland two miles east of the Hensley community from the estate of Howard Lynn Mitchell and Patrick Mitchell.
The deal is financed with a 20-year loan of $593,250 from AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock.
Much of the property was assembled in deals with the estate of George Linn, $93,000 in December 2001; Eric and Amy Chilton, $63,503 in July 2019; and Coleman Dairy Inc., led by Buddy Coleman, $47,000 in June 1995.

The 3.56-acre development was purchased for $659,500 three months ago from Rablaco LLC, led by Mark Ramm.

A 4,937-SF home in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock rang up a $975,000 sale.
Timothy and Rachana Miller bought the house from the Miles Living Trust, led by Linda and James Miles. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $985,650 from Arvest Bank.
The site was acquired for $164,000 in June 2018 from Rocket Properties LLC, led by Lisenne Rockefeller.
PV Residence
A 4,670-SF home in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood drew an $850,000 transaction.
Chris and Emily Holleman purchased the house from BMR Construction LLC and Rush & Co., both led by Ben Rush.
