Mark Calhoun has been hired in Fayetteville as senior division manager for Benton County for Black Hills Energy of Rapid City, South Dakota. Calhoun will be responsible for delivering safe, reliable natural gas to about 69,000 customers in the county.
Osmar Garcia has been appointed to the board of directors at Conway Corp. Garcia is CEO of Garcia Wealth Management-Northwestern Mutual.
