California Company Buys 600 Acres Near Keo

Farmland in Lonoke County and residential property in Saline County form this week’s pairing of multimillion-dollar real estate transactions.

♦ Chaney Farm LLC, led by David Chaney and Carolyn Clements, sold more than 602 acres about 3.3 miles north of Keo for $2.8 million.

Buyer? Scarlet Alpha II LLC, an affiliate of San Francisco’s Homestead Capital.

♦ Rausch Coleman Silver Springs LLC, an affiliate of Fayetteville’s Coleman Homes, purchased 48 lots in the Benjamin Grove project on the western edge of Bryant for $1.5 million.
