A pistachio farmer from Bakersfield, California, paid more than $2.5 million for newly constructed condos in Rupple Meadows in Fayetteville.
RTS Orchards LLC, led by Rod Stiefvater, was the buyer of the five condos on Corsica Drive. The property is just north of Wedington Drive in west Fayetteville.
The seller was a Fort Smith group consisting of Riley Park Investments LLC, led by Gregory Halsey; ARH Investments LLC, led by Andrew Halsey; and Loyd Properties LLC, led by Scott Loyd.
Taco Bueno
A Taco Bueno restaurant on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Fayetteville sold for slightly more than $1.4 million.
CRM Capital Partners LLC, led by Mitchell Massey of Fayetteville, was the buyer of the 2,604-SF restaurant at 1634 MLK. Taco Bueno closed when its parent company filed for bankruptcy in 2018.
Restinvest III LLC, led by Richard Verity of Tulsa, was the seller. Verity sold the Taco Bueno location on East Joyce Avenue earlier this year for $1.5 million to Jordan Jeter.
First National Bank in Fayetteville assisted the Massey purchase with a loan of slightly more than $1.5 million.
Spring Creek Landing
A 19-unit apartment complex sold for $1.25 million to a Springdale investor.
GrantG3 LLC, led by Nicholas-Claude Mason, was the buyer of Spring Creek Landing, on Ewalt Avenue in Springdale. Farmers & Merchants Bank in Bentonville assisted the purchase with a loan of slightly more than $1.1 million.
Brick City Capital LLC, led by Ross Kephart of Fayetteville, was the seller.
Holcomb Street Properties
Two properties on Holcomb Street in downtown Springdale sold for more than $1.1 million in separate transactions.
► A 7,508-SF office building at 203 Holcomb sold for $450,000 to KLS Leasing LLC, which is associated with the Walton Family Foundation of Bentonville. The seller was the Francis McEvoy Revocable Living Trust.
Francis and Lynette McEvoy acquired the property from First Baptist Church for $90,000 in 1988.
► A newly renovated 4,562-SF office building at 326 Holcomb sold for $730,000. Holcomb Arts District LLC, led by Paul Esterer of Bentonville, was the buyer. First Security Bank in Springdale provided a loan of $850,000.
Holcomb St LLC, led by Keaton Smith and Daniel Hintz, was the seller. Smith and Hintz acquired the property for $250,000 in 2017.
Springdale Day Care
A day care facility in Springdale sold for $900,000.
Vito Groups LLC, led by Bhagawan Kannappa of Centerton, was the buyer. The 11,070-SF facility is on American Street.
United Bank was the lender, providing a loan of more than $1.18 million. The seller was Heathman Properties LLC, led by Helen Faye Heathman of Fayetteville, who bought the land for $180,000 in 2005.
Fayetteville Church
A former church on North Porter Road in Fayetteville sold for $950,000.
HillCity Life LLC, led by Roy Slaughter of Fayetteville, was the buyer of the 3,889-SF facility.
The building previously was home to Dwelling Place Church.
Slaughter bought the property from Dwelling Place Loan, whose agent is E. Conner McNair of Fayetteville.
It acquired the building in lieu of foreclosure on a $555,000 loan with Dwelling Place Inc., led by Marcus Carruthers.
Legacy National Bank in Springdale provided a loan of $807,500.
Fayetteville Apartments
An eight-unit apartment complex on South Hill Avenue in Fayetteville sold for $500,000.
Independence Realty Group LLC, led by Henry Washington Jr. and Jessica Washington of Centerton, bought the complex.
Today’s Bank in Fayetteville issued a loan of $558,000 for the project.
The seller was EMAT LLC, led by Mark Flake of Rogers.
Flake acquired the property for $470,000 from Jay Baird in 2006.
