Canine Warehouse Fetches $2.3M (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 32,770-SF industrial facility in Maumelle tipped the scales at $2.3 million.

J&R Northwest Holdings LLC, led by Jonathan Rogers, bought the Claudia’s Canine Cuisine project at 100 Four Paws Lane. The seller is Boudreaux Properties LLC, led by Dumas Garrett.

Boudreaux Properties acquired the 2.83-acre development for $1.3 million in October 2015 from Going to the Dogs LLC, led by Kay Bohlken.

Panda Location

A Panda Express project is in motion after an $800,000 land deal in North Little Rock.

CFT NV Developments LLC of Las Vegas purchased the 1.54-acre site near the northwest corner of Maumelle Boulevard and Paul Eells Drive from Lilac LLC, led by Andy Collins.

The land was associated with a $2.3 million buy in September 2006 from David and Rose Wells, Claude Wells Jr. and his wife, Sally, and Stephen Wells.

Tedford Purchase

An 11,880-SF building in downtown Little Rock rang up a $531,000 sale.

Yaar Investments 418 Broadway LLC, led by Dr. Ghulam Khaleel, Dr. Khalid Rayaz, Dr. Mohammad Siddiqui and Dr. Gresham Richter, acquired the Tedford Building at 416-420 W. Seventh St.

The seller is Chenggong LLC, led by Zhan Chan and Wen Zheng. The deal is financed with a one-year loan of $615,000 from First National Bank of Paragould.

Chenggong purchased the 0.17-acre development for $450,000 in November 2006 from Rainwater Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto.

Office Transaction

A 3,828-SF office building in North Little Rock changed hands in a $371,000 deal.

Knaackies SLLC, led by James Knaack Jr., bought the 5509 Springvale Road project from Powell Brothers Inc., led by Matt Chandler.

The deal is backed with a $345,000 loan from Centennial Bank of Conway.

Powell Brothers acquired the 1.12-acre development for $322,000 in June 2002 from Springvale Development LLC, led by Stephen Deere and Mike Collier.

Country Club Heights

A 4,112-SF home in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood sold for $1.25 million.

Alan Baltz and Laura Gressler purchased the house from the Stafford Joint Revocable Trust, led by Clinton and Rachel Stafford.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $937,500 from JPMorgan Chase Bank of Columbus, Ohio.

The Staffords bought the residence for $395,000 in November 2016 from the Davenport Living Trust, led by Lillian Davenport.

Hillcrest House

A 3,865-SF home in Little Rock’s Hillcrest neighborhood weighed in at $1.1 million.

The 4014 S. Lookout Trust, led by Robert Klein, acquired the house from the Helen E. Sloan Revocable Trust.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $968,000 from First National Bank of Paragould.

John and Helen Sloan purchased the residence for $177,000 in September 1994 from Naomi May.

Cammack Village

A new 3,468-SF home in Cammack Village drew a $936,000 deal.

Ronald Dennis Jr. and his wife, Kendra, bought the house from Hartness Construction Co., led by Brenda Hartness.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $686,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

Hartness Construction acquired the tear-down property for $240,000 in June 2023 from the estate of Frank Buchner.

Bridgefield Estates

A 5,521-SF residence  in the Bridgefield Estates neighborhood of north Pulaski County is under new ownership after an $820,000 transaction.

David and Christi Brandon purchased the house from William Souder.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $500,000 from Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Souder bought the residence for $570,000 in May 2019 from John Harrison.

Woodlands Edge

A 3,556-SF home in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock changed hands in a $695,000 deal.

Pedro Arathoon and Ana Cerezo bought the house from William and Ginny Mustain.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $695,000 from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.

The Mustains acquired the residence for $525,000 in August 2016 from Mike Kuhn Construction Inc.

Germay Court

Robert and Carla Gunderman paid Dhu and Mary Ellen Thompson $1.58 million for their 5,472-SF home in west Little Rock’s Germay Court neighborhood.

The Thompsons purchased the house for $875,000 in August 2004 from TLC Builders & Developers Inc., led by Perry Black.
