Canoo Delivers Three EVs to State of Oklahoma

1 min read

Canoo Inc. (NASDAQ: GOEV) has delivered three electric vehicles to the State of Oklahoma, according to KFOR, a television station based in Oklahoma City.

The three “lifestyle delivery vehicles” cost about $120,000 and “are the first of their kind in the state’s ongoing fleet modernization initiative,” KFOR said.

The vehicles were assembled in Canoo’s manufacturing plant in Oklahoma City.

The vehicles will be used by several government agencies in the state. KFOR reported that the lifestyle delivery vehicles are the first commercial motor vehicles made in Oklahoma since 2005. The station said they are the first to come out of Canoo’s new assembly facility in Oklahoma City.

In 2021, Canoo announced it would open offices in Bentonville and Fayetteville.
