Little Rock’s CapRocq Core Real Estate Fund Ltd. expanded its holdings with two out-of-state investments totaling about $18.5 million.
The properties recently acquired are the three-building, 170,000-SF Stoneridge Office Park in Columbia, South Carolina ($10 million); and the 90,000-SF One Memorial Building in Tulsa ($8.5 million).
CapRocq Core, launched with an investment war chest of more than $56 million, was founded by Franklin McLarty, president and CEO of RML Automotive of Little Rock and recent addition to the board of directors at P.A.M. Transportation Services Inc. of Tontitown; and Kevin Huchingson, president and CEO of Colliers International of Arkansas and COO of CapRocq Core.
