
A $16 million office building acquisition in west Little Rock leads off with a big splash among this week’s installment of million-dollar real estate deals.
► MDIH CR 1101 LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Caprocq Core REIT, bought the four-story 100,456-SF project at 1001 Technology Drive.
The sellers were divided in a 91.2%-8.8% ownership split between 1001 Technology LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson, and 1001 Technology-BCP Allied LLC, led by Haitham Alley.
► Republic Wilmington Ltd., an affiliate of Toronto’s Republic Funds, sold the 120-unit Wilmington Apartments at 617 Donovan Briley Blvd. in North Little Rock for $8 million.
Buyer? Wilmington Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of RREAF Holdings of Dallas.
► 1905 N Reynolds Rd. LLC, led by Eric Buckner, purchased its namesake address, home of a 10 Fitness Center in Bryant for more than $2.6 million.
Seller: Fan4 Investments 2 LLC, led by Drew Holbert.
► Orelan Johnson II and his wife, Brandy, sold a 278-acre tract 4 miles south of England near the southeast corner of Highway 15 and Tar Bottom Road and a nearby 240-acre tract on the north side of Tar Bottom Road.
In addition to this Lonoke County acreage, the $2.4 million deal included 83 acres in neighboring Jefferson County.
Buyer: Cache Land & Timber Co. LLC, led by John Rausch.
► John Mark Saviers and his wife, Melissa, acquired a 4,470-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock from Mac and Pat Dodson for $1.3 million.
New Amazon Intel
A loyal minion got out his measuring stick to uncover some updated info on the new Amazon facility under construction on the edge of the Little Rock Port Industrial Park.
The sprawling building will indeed have about 3.2 million SF under roof.
However, we’re now told it will be spread over five floors, not the four we previously reported.
