Erin Cowger has been appointed director of development at the Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Springdale. She will create the annual development plan and direct staff fundraising efforts. She previously was the associate director of development for the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville’s Fulbright College of Arts & Sciences. She has more than 12 years of experience in fundraising.
