CaseStack Moves Upward By Looking Inward

3 min read

CaseStack, with its regional headquarters in Fayetteville, assists its clients in distributing their goods and services throughout the world with as much ease as possible.

Using an advanced transportation and warehousing system combined with proprietary software of its own, CaseStack continues to meet its goal of moving goods from its customers to retail partners in a sophisticated fashion.

With offices and warehouses spread across seven states and one Canadian province, CaseStack depends upon its employees to ensure its client base stays happy.

And by applying those same strengths that keep their clients happy, those employees also keep themselves happy.

They’ve also kept CaseStack as one of Arkansas Business’ Best Places To Work for the second year in a row.

Colby Beland, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at CaseStack, said, “Because our customers and retail partners expect CaseStack to create and develop these new innovative ideas, our employees are empowered to sell, develop, implement, and execute these new solutions, making their jobs challenging, exciting, and fun every day.”

Not only are CaseStack’s workers empowered to make those decisions, but the company backs them up with plenty of benefits.

In addition to 401(k) plans, health and welfare programs, and a flexible work schedule, CaseStack workers also get access to a credit union, discounts on gym memberships and movie tickets, trips to baseball games and even a bowling night.

Employees who enjoy working at CaseStack also enjoy knowing that when promotions open up, they’ll have the opportunity to step up.

“Our goal is to hire and promote from within when at all possible, which creates a sense of pride for our employees,” said Bambi Drisko, Senior Director of Administration at CaseStack.

CaseStack has found a system that not only betters its workforce, but has kept it on the Best Places To Work list as a repeat performer.

“Part of it comes from the environment and the benefits you offer,” Drisko said, “and part of it comes from employees feeling they are valued and can contribute something positive to the success of the company.”

Space Exploration

While Fayetteville is CaseStack’s regional headquarters and where President and CEO Dan Sanker is based, its corporate headquarters are in Santa Monica, California.

And even there, CaseStack employees were given room to grow.

“Our new office location in Santa Monica came out of necessity as we have grown and simply needed more space in Santa Monica,” CaseStack vice president of sales and marketing Colby Beland said. “Our new office wraps around a large atrium that provides more windows creating a much lighter and brighter working environment. In addition to more natural light, the space has significantly more space in which to move around creating a more productive working environment.”

Employees in Santa Monica collaborate closely with their co-workers in Fayetteville and the dozen other CaseStack locations as well as with their clients using tools such as a new conference room featuring the latest video-conferencing equipment.
