The Central Arkansas Transit Authority has named Becca Green the new director of public engagement.
“I am thrilled to be joining the CATA team at such an exciting time for the organization and look forward to advancing the organization’s mission within our community,” Green said in a news release.
She is currently director of marketing and communications at ACCESS, a Little Rock nonprofit serving those with learning and developmental disabilities. Green is responsible for strategic planning, collateral and content development, public relations, website and social media management, community outreach, grant writing and more.
Before joining ACCESS, she was a public relations account executive for Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods, where she managed accounts in the hospitality industry, and was director of marketing and public relations at Arkansas Repertory Theatre.
Green has been a member of the Public Relations Society of America since 2005 and serves as president-elect for the Arkansas chapter.
