A 25,000-SF block of office space in Little Rock’s Riverdale area won’t be empty for long.
Centene Corp. of St. Louis recently signed a lease for two floors in one of the three former Alltel buildings sold by Verizon for $10.5 million in December.
You might recall those buildings, with combined office space of 195,000 SF, were acquired by Allied Drive Holdings LLC, led by Stephen LaFrance Jr. and his brother Jason and Larry and Mark Middleton.
Centene, a health care services firm, came to town two years ago when it bought NovaSys Health LLC. The company is relocating the former NovaSys operation from west Little Rock’s Westlake Corporate Park, originally known as the Koger Center.
