Did you know the heart of the Shackleford Crossings retail center in west Little Rock is under new ownership?

Ventures Karma LLC of Dallas acquired 288,875 SF of the lifestyle center at 2608 S. Shackleford Road for $10.5 million.

Seller: Shackleford Crossings Investors LLC, an affiliate of Invesco Real Estate of Dallas.

Two miles to the south, The Shoppes at Colonel Glenn, led by Leonard Boen, sold its namesake 18,116-SF project at 10815 Col. Glenn Road for more than $6.8 million.

Buyer? 1913 Capital LLC, an affiliate of Fort Smith’s Triton Investments.

Meanwhile in Cabot, Searcy’s White County Medical Center bought two health care-related projects for a combined $3.5 million.

The 15,526-SF Cabot Medical Clinic at 2037 W. Main St. and the 12,532-SF rehabilitation center and pharmacy at 2039 W. Main St. were purchased from CMC Holdings LLC, NBM Inc. and Crestwood Medical Joint Venture, all led by Brian Winstead.

Back in downtown Little Rock, 315OnSixth LLC, led by Darshan Patel, sold its namesake address for more than $1.2 million.

Who bought the 16-unit apartment project at 315 Sixth St.? AARAV Development LLC, led by Ankur Patel and Chintu Magan.

Up in Conway, TTC Properties Ltd. of Nash, Texas, bought the 18,956-SF Caldwell Country Store complex at 2345 E. Oak St. for $1.2 million.

Seller? Diversified Agri Systems Inc., led by William Caldwell II.

Looking back south to Saline County, Thomas D.B. Collins Ltd., led by Phillip Pengelley, sold 38 lots in the Benjamin Grove neighborhood on the western edge of Bryant for nearly $1.2 million.

Buyer: Rausch Coleman Silver Springs LLC, an affiliate of Fayetteville’s Rausch Coleman Homes.
