♦ Living trusts of Melvin Magnet of Downey, California, purchased the Taco Bell at 2211 N. Reynolds Road in Bryant for nearly $2 million.
♦ An affiliate of Realty Income Corp. of San Diego bought the Taco Bell at 205 E. Oak St. in Conway for $1.8 million.
The seller in both deals was KMAC II LLC of Lafayette, California.
♦ Glenda C. Pehrson Family Ltd. sold more than 85 acres at 10601 Layman Road in west Pulaski County for $2.2 million.
Buyer: Layman Lane LLC, led by Graham Smith and Russell James.
Related foreclosure sales combined for a tandem transaction total of $1.4 million.
♦ BOE Acquisition Co., an affiliate of Bank of England, recovered 240 acres about 4.5 miles northwest of Keo ($750,000) and the 31,360-SF England Fabrication & Oil Field Services facility at 265 Windy Lynn Road ($650,000).
The former owners were Bailey Family Revocable Trust, led by Roger and Shirley Bailey, and their England Oil Field Services Inc.
♦ Eckerd & Shea Commercial LLC, led by Rich Eckerd and Darin Shea, sold the 13,590-SF Advanced Pathology Solutions project at 4851 Northshore Lane in North Little Rock for more than $1.5 million.
Buyer? Green Bunn Herrington LLC, led by Curtis Green Jr.
♦ Silver Development LLC, led by Larry Crain Jr., acquired seven lots in the Varennes Court neighborhood of west Little Rock for $1.4 million.
