Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System announced it will hold its Industry Day on Sept. 19, with six buildings available via leasing agreements under the VA’s Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) program.
The program allows the VA to manage underutilized property through leasing arrangements with state or local governments or private organizations. It permits leases for supportive housing or for the direct or indirect benefit of military veterans.
The buildings available for lease are on the VA’s North Little Rock campus. On Industry Day, the VA will provide information on the lease program and potential redevelopment opportunities to prospective lessees and other interested parties.
The event will held online and in person.
