Central Baptist Hires Holt to Lead PACE (Movers & Shakers)

Claudette Holt is the new director of enrollment for the Professional Adult College Education program at Central Baptist College in Conway.

She was previously the deputy director of the Office of Payment Integrity & Audit at the Arkansas Department of Human Services.

Holt is a 2003 graduate of the PACE program at Central Baptist.


Scott Whiteley Carter of Little Rock has been elected to the Americans for the Arts Advisory Council for the private sector.

Carter will advise Americans for the Arts staff on developing programs and services that will build a deeper connection to the field and the network membership.

Carter currently is the public affairs and creative economy adviser for the city of Little Rock.
