The first project in this week’s round-up of million-dollar deals and construction contracts is tied to plans announced earlier this year by Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin to move the attorney general’s office to the Boyle Building.

Seven-Digit Deals

Coursey 10400 Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Bell & McCoy in Houston, Texas, bought a 15,400-SF showroom-warehouse at 10440 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock from Dustin Hughes Investment Properties LLC for more than $2 million.

Edafio Builders LLC, led by Jim Phillips, sold an 8,627-SF office building at 5400 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock for $2 million. Buyer: Northshore Land Co. LLC, led by Abou-Diab Nader.

Rogers River Holdings LLC, led by Jonathan Rogers, purchased a 32,526-SF office-warehouse at 9900 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock from PBP Real Estate I LLC of Memphis for $1.9 million.

Affiliates of ETRG Investments in Milledgeville, Georgia, sold four Zaxby’s restaurants in a series of $1.6 million deals. Oklahoma DND Group LLC, an affiliate of Deuce Restaurant Group in Mission Viejo, California, acquired the eateries at 104 Carnahan Drive in Maumelle, 209 Marshall Road in Jacksonville and 208 Brookswood Road in Sherwood from DTT Properties LLC.
Oklahoma DND Group bought the Zaxby’s at 10601 Kanis Road in west Little Rock from Quapaw Properties III LLC.

The Crain Family Revocable Trust, led by Rebecca and Austin Crain, purchased a 5,960-SF home in west Little Rock’s Bretagne Circle neighborhood from Gary and Jacquelynn Childers for more than $1 million.

C. Smith Holdings Inc., led by Carey Smith, sold seven single-family rental houses scattered around Little Rock for more than $1 million.

Buyer: SFR Workforce Owner LLC, an affiliate of Second Avenue in Tampa, Florida.
