Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock has announced new hires. Gavin Briggs has been hired as a structural engineering designer. He will focus on all areas of structural engineering to support the firm’s architectural design work and industrial clients. Olivia Grimes has joined the firm as a structural Revit technician, and Matt Martin has been hired as a mechanical engineering designer.

Kimberly Campbell has been hired as SNAP-TANF career coach for the adult education program at Black River Technical College of Pocahontas.

Southwest Power Pool of Little Rock has announced updates to its board of directors. Irene Dimitry has been elected to the board. She previously was vice president of renewable energy at DTE Energy. Elizabeth Moore, who has been on the board since 2020, has been elected to serve another term. And Stuart Solomon, who previously served as senior vice president of generation services at American Electric Power, has been elected to the board.

Lance West has been named controller of Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corp. of Little Rock. He previously was senior vice president and chief financial officer at Coulson Oil Co.
