Judy Cezeaux has been appointed dean of the College of Engineering & Applied Sciences at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, where she will also serve as a professor of engineering.
Cezeaux earned her Doctor of Philosophy in biomedical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and most recently served as chair of biomedical engineering at Western New England University, a position she held for 10 years.
Sarah Burnett has been promoted to director of ATU’s STEM Education Collaborative, where she has worked as a K-12 math specialist since 2014. Before joining ATU, Burnett taught mathematics at schools in Perryville, western Yell County and Danville.
Bob Blake has been hired as facilities manager at the ATU Lake Point Conference Center in Russellville. Blake, who has 43 years of marketing, hospitality and facility management experience, is the former director of the Arkansas 4-H Center and is a certified conference center administrator with the International Association of Conference Center Administrators.
Jeremy Daggett has been named director of the Harding University international studies program in Latin America.
Daggett will travel to Viña del Mar, Chile, in February to oversee the program’s day-to-day operations, including supervising faculty and students during coursework and outings.
Daggett has served as field director for Harding in Zambia and has worked with the Harding Honors College and International Programs.
