
Anindya Ghosh, chair of the Department of Chemistry at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, has been named the interim associate dean of the Donaghey College of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics.
The UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law has hired three faculty members. Faraz Sanei is assistant professor of law. He received his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School. Before joining the Bowen faculty, he was an acting assistant professor of lawyering at New York University School of Law. Jordan Wallace-Wolf is an assistant professor of law. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. And Harry Lah is an assistant professor of law librarianship. He is the library’s collections management librarian and joined the law library staff in 2019 while pursuing his law degree.
A.J. Gary has been appointed secretary of the Arkansas Department of Public Safety. Gary, former Conway chief of police, has worked in law enforcement and security preparedness for more than 35 years.
J.R. Hankins, chief of staff for the Arkansas Department of Public Safety, has been appointed to director of the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training. Hankins has worked in or with law enforcement since 1974.
