► 10401 Brockington Road LLC, an affiliate of California Capital Real Estate Advisors Inc. of Pasadena paid $15 million for the 160-unit Chapel Ridge of Sherwood.
Sellers: Robertson Building LLC and Branch at Carson Springs II LLC, affiliates of Zimmerman Properties of Springfield, Missouri.
► Majzoub Family Ltd. of Joplin, Missouri, bought the 3,552-SF Zaxby’s at 10601 Kanis Road for nearly $2.8 million.
Seller: Oklahoma DND Group LLC of Mission Viejo, California.
► Self Properties LLC of Los Angeles sold a 1,752-SF Starbucks at 105 Commons Drive in Maumelle for $1.6 million to ATTC Enterprises I Ltd. of Parker, Texas.
► The Association of Arkansas Counties purchased an undeveloped half-acre at the northeast corner of Fourth and Woodlane streets in front of the state Capitol for $1.2 million.
Seller? The Arkansas Education Association.
► Moses Tucker Investments LLC, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker, sold the 7,238-SF Copper Grill space at 300 E. Third St. in downtown Little Rock for more than $1 million.
Buyers: Dan Kovach and Chris and Samantha Tanner.
