Chenal Lakes, Brightwaters Apartments Sold in $74.7M ComboLock Icon

A string of multifamily transactions in Pulaski County encompassed more than $176 million, nearly 2,200 apartments and a half-dozen players.

► The biggest of the bunch was the $74.7 million sale of the 456-unit Chenal Lakes Apartments at 13550 Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock and the 256-unit Brightwaters Apartments at 2420 Riverfront Drive in the Riverdale area of Little Rock.

Buyers: Timbers Holding Co. LLC and Harbor Grand Holding Co. LLC, affiliates of Forge Partners of Rancho Santa Fe, California.

Seller: Chenal Lakes Owner LLC and Brightwaters Owner LLC, affiliates of CLK Properties of Woodbury, New York.

► Affiliates of EB Real Estate Group of Cedarhurst, New York, bought the 312-unit West Wood Apartments at 1 Nandina Circle in west Little Rock for nearly $26 million and the 320-unit McCain Park Apartments at 6 McCain Park Drive in North Little Rock for $25 million. Sellers: West Wood Apts LLC and McCain Park Apts LLC, both of Monsey, New York.

► BBRO Sale LLC, an affiliate of AMG Realty Group of Skokie, Illinois, sold the 288-unit Spanish Valley Apartments at 5300 Baseline Road and 8501 Dreher Lane for $17 million and the 189-unit Spanish Willows Apartments at 7510 and 7515 Geyer Springs Road for almost $10.9 million.

Buyers of the southwest Little Rock projects? Vila De Cancun LLC and Spanish Willows Realty LLC, both of Brooklyn, New York.

► LRMA Sale LLC, another AMG affiliate, sold the 239-unit Colonial Parc Apartments at 5813 Baseline Road for $15.3 million and the 124-unit Meadowcrest Apartments at 5315 Stanley Drive for about $7.3 million.

Buyers of these southwest Little Rock properties: The Colonial Parc I LLC and Colonial Parc II Realty LLC, both of Brooklyn, New York.
