Chenal Verizon Property Deal Leads Off Million-Dollar Quartet

A commercial project in west Little Rock, a 100-room motel in southwest Little Rock, a commercial project near Mabelvale and a big home in Maumelle provide this week’s quartet of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

• Veri-Little Rock LLC of Tiburon, California, bought the Verizon Wireless- anchored project at 17807 Chenal Parkway for $3.8 million.

Who sold this outbuilding at the Promenade at Chenal? PDG Chenal I LLC of Franklin, Tennessee.

• Shri Jinasha LLC of Hot Springs sold the 100-room Quality Inn at 6100 Mitchell Drive for $2.4 million. Buyer: Seven Star Hotels Group Inc. of Bossier City, Louisiana.

• Nidia Cochran purchased a string of commercial buildings along 12221-12325 Stagecoach Road for more than $1.3 million.

Willie Aaron Jones Family LLLP, led by Michael Jones and Beverly Steed, sold the properties, which include the Relay Station watering hole and the former Gallups Western Store.

• Jamie Brown and Amy Ziegler sold a 5,942-SF home in the Mountain Crest Estates neighborhood for $1.25 million.

Buyer? The namesake living trust of Mike and Pamela Ashcraft.
