Chevy Dealership Sale In Jacksonville Tops $4M (Real Deals)Lock Icon

An ownership shift of a Jacksonville auto dealership weighed in at $4.07 million. Harold Gwatney Chevrolet Co. acquired its project at 1301 T.P. White Drive from the William A. Gwatney Revocable Trust.

The 6.38-acre property was purchased for $857,000 in November 2003 from Harold and Sybil Gwatney.

Shopping Center Sale
A 67,264-SF retail project in Little Rock tipped the scales at $3.2 million.

BSC University LLC, led by David Ensminger, bought the Broadmoor Shopping Center at 2908 S. University Ave. The seller is Broadmoor Shopping Center LLC, led by William Kennedy III.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $2.5 million from Centennial Bank of Conway. The 6.07-acre development previously was tied to an April 2006 mortgage of $3.9 million held by Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

The center was acquired for $3.9 million more than 12 years ago from J.D. & E. Inc., led by Ensminger.

Warehouse Buy
A 38,798-SF warehouse in southwest Little Rock sold for $1.2 million.

4 Production Drive LLC, an affiliate of Consolidated Pipe & Supply of Birmingham, Alabama, purchased the 4 Production Drive project.

The seller is Rolling Frito-Lay Sales Ltd., an affiliate of Frito-Lay North America Inc. of Dallas.

The 6.01-acre property was bought for $122,000 in June 1986 from Hendrix College in Conway.

Land Liquidation
A 126.4-acre tract on the northern edge of Maumelle changed hands in a $700,000 deal.

Mojuva LLC, led by Brandon and Kelly Hines, acquired the land on the north side of State Highway 365 at Stanley Road from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The deal is backed with a $455,000 loan from Centennial Bank. Arvest recovered the property at a $1.2 million foreclosure sale in November 2014.

The bank held a $3.1 million judgment against Barry and Dana Kellerman and their Panther Mountain Land Development LLC. The property was linked with a series of loans that Arvest inherited through its acquisition of North Little Rock’s National Bank of Arkansas.

Speedco Acquisition
A 15,300-SF service repair garage in North Little Rock rang up a $520,000 sale.

Roserock Holdings LLC of Tulsa bought the Speedco Truck Lube & Tires project at 3112 Highway 391 from Speedco Inc. of Oklahoma City.

Speedco acquired the 3.97-acre site for $277,000 in January 1997 from the Valentine Trust, representing the heirs of Margaret Valentine.

Carwash Purchase
A 1.19-acre carwash development in the Landmark community of south Pulaski County drew a $650,000 transaction.

East End Wash Group LLC, led by James Harkins, Edward Colvard and Edward Bailey, purchased the Splash Car Wash at 14710 Arch Street Pike and an adjoining 1.02-acre parcel.

The seller is Koon Properties LLC, led by Walter Koon. The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $616,250 from Armor Bank of Forrest City.

The properties were bought as part of two transactions with Edward and Jean Brock, $135,000 in February 2005 and Wilbur and Gypsy Hicks, $8,000 in March 2005.

B&B Transaction
A bed and breakfast project in downtown North Little Rock is under new ownership after a $404,000 sale.

N&S Hamilton Investments LLC, led by Nathan and Stacy Hamilton, acquired the 3,700-SF Baker House at 109 W. Fifth St.

The seller is Argenta Holdings LLC, led by Sonja Miller. The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $470,900 from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

The 0.17-acre development previously was tied to a November 2005 mortgage of $416,000 originated by North Little Rock’s Twin City Bank.

Argenta Holdings purchased the property for $575,000 more than 13 years ago from Dian and John Evans.

Office Land
Undeveloped office property near the State Capitol sold for $200,000.

Pulaski Fourth Holdings LLC, an affiliate of the McDaniel Richardson & Calhoun law firm, bought the 0.33-acre site at the southwest corner of Fourth and Pulaski streets in Little Rock.

The property previously was linked with a February 2005 mortgage of $640,000 held by Metropolitan National Bank.

The seller is the Arkansas Press Association Inc., led by Ashley Wimberley.

The property was acquired in Octo-ber 1999 as part of a $650,000 deal with Med Properties Inc., led by Michael Prince.

Hickory Creek Manor
A 5,342-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Creek neighborhood weighed in at $1.06 million.

Richard and Danielle Nall purchased the house from R Properties Investments Inc., led by Keith Richardson. The deal is backed with a 25-year loan of $848,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

R Properties bought the property for $336,000 in May 2015 from Nationstar Mortgage LLC of Coppell, Texas.

Ensbury Residence
A 4,058-SF home in the Ensbury Place neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development changed hands in a $560,000 deal.

The Coburn Family Trust, led by Roger Coburn Sr., acquired the house from Graham Smith Construction LLC. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $260,000 from Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff.

The residence previously was linked with a June 2017 mortgage of $497,000 held by the bank.

The site was purchased for $95,000 in June 2017 from Silver Development LLC, led by Larry Crain Jr.

Shady Valley Abode
A 5,249-SF home in North Little Rock’s Shady Valley neighborhood rang up a $520,00 sale.

Joseph Folen IV bought the house from Carter and Jennifer Wallace, who carried $350,000 of the transaction.

The site was acquired for $45,000 in April 1998 from Alvin and Ann Eanes.
