Chick-fil-A Selects Strip of Gateway Town Center

Chick-fil-A has room for another location in Little Rock with its purchase of 2.34 acres on Bass Pro Drive near the Gateway Town Center.

A dental development in North Little Rock, an eatery site at Little Rock’s Gateway Town Center and rural acreage in southeast Pulaski County provide our trio of million-dollar deals.

• Chick-fil-A Inc. of Atlanta purchased a 2.34-acre site at the southwest corner of Bass Pro Drive and Interstate 30 Frontage Road for $1.8 million from Bass Pro Outdoor World LLC of Springfield, Missouri.

• JPN Properties LLC, led by Bill Mitchell, acquired the 0.85-acre Arkansas Dentistry & Braces development at 2901 Warden Road for $2 million from Haag-Brown Development LLC of Jonesboro.

• Horizon Capital Partners LLLP, led by Ross Whipple, bought more than 1,200 acres south of Wrightsville for nearly $1.5 million. Seller: Morgan Farms, led by John Morgan. The wooded property is along Highway 365 east of Big Lake.
