Chris Treat has been hired as president of Citizens Bank of Batesville’s trust division. He is responsible for the division’s growth profitability, business retention and development.

Katie Cordova has been promoted to assistant vice president, consumer lender at First Community Bank of Batesville. She will educate and advise potential borrowers as they apply for new loans.

Lauren Parrish has been hired as senior vice president and relationship manager at BOK Financial of Fayetteville’s Corporate Banking Group. With more than 25 years in commercial, business and retail banking, Parrish previously was vice president of middle-market banking and specialized industry at JP Chase Morgan.

Chris Diaz and Don Tackett have been hired at Peoples Bank of Sheridan. The bank will open a new branch office in Benton, where Diaz will serve as Benton market president. Before joining Peoples, he was with First Security Bank in Benton. Tackett will be executive vice president, lending. He has more than 40 years of banking experience.
Melissa Kempkes has been hired as executive director of Ark Angel Alliance of Little Rock. Before accepting this position, Kempkes was vice president at Natural Capital of Little Rock, portfolio manager at i2E Inc. of Oklahoma City and investment analyst at the Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System of Oklahoma City.

David Mortenson has been hired as an architectural designer at Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock. Mortenson, who joins the firm with 21 years of experience, will be supporting several projects in northwest Arkansas.

Kinco Constructors of Little Rock has announced changes in its management. Clay Gordon has been promoted to president, and William Fletcher has been named chief financial officer. Gordon has more than 24 years of industry experience, and Fletcher has more than 31. Fletcher will remain chief operating officer.

Caitlin Brown and Daniel Vogel have been hired at Colliers of Little Rock. Brown is the assistant property manager. She previously worked with the state Department of Transportation. Vogel is the director of multifamily services, where he will oversee multifamily property sales and purchases as well as periodic consulting on housing projects in conjunction with the Colliers development team.

Conway Corp. of Conway has announced new promotions. Lindsey Stephenson has been promoted to engineering project coordinator and data specialist. Zach Stubbs has been promoted to Water Department senior utility worker.
Kyle Cunningham has been appointed state forester and director of the Arkansas Department of Argriculture’s Forestry Division. Cunningham has been with the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture for 19 years and recently was an associate professor of forestry with the Agriculture Division.
Jarrod Yates has been named executive vice president of the Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation of Little Rock. He will lead the staff functions at the agricultural advocacy organization. Before accepting this position, Yates was director of public affairs and government relations at the nonprofit.
Christopher Adkins has been promoted to vice president, yield strategy and management at ArcBest of Fort Smith. He has been with ArcBest for more than 10 years.
