Chunn Joins Blair & Stroud in Batesville (Movers & Shakers)

Alexandra T. Chunn, a recent graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, is joining Blair & Stroud in Batesville.

Chunn previously worked as a student attorney with the University of Memphis Elder Law Clinic and clerked for a firm in Memphis.

Her prior experience includes consumer protection, conservatorships, real property issues, health care, Social Security, wills, powers of attorney and advanced directives.

J. Cliff McKinney II, a managing member at Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull PLLC of Little Rock, has been elected a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

Larry Watkins has joined Bernhard in Little Rock as associate general counsel.

Watkins’ primary focus will be assisting with energy-as-a-service transactions, including public-private partnerships, energy savings performance contracts, energy service agreements, power purchase agreements, energy savings agreements and energy asset concessions.
