Church Changes Hands in $725K Sale

The former site of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church at 6401 W. 32nd St. in Little Rock recently sold to The Place of Harvest Church for $725,000.

The seller was Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church, and the new owner plans to move from their current location on Baseline Road.

The property includes a 20,830-SF building on 2.46 acres, a sanctuary with seating for 360, a family life center, and a recently remodeled day care center. The new owner plans to operate a child care center there.

Hank Kelley, Bill Puddephatt and Jim Dailey of Kelley Commercial Partners represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Val Hansen and Troy Shelton of Re/Max Properties.
