• HCB LLLP, led by Henry Browne, purchased the 60,600-SF CLM Pallet Recycling project at 701 Carnahan Drive in Maumelle for more than $4.3 million.

• Gene and Linda Pfeifer and the Gene Pfeifer Revocable Trust sold the Northshore Business Park Storage project at 5200 Northshore Drive for $4.2 million.

• An affiliate of Trinity Multifamily in Fort Smith bought 110-unit Warren House Apartments at 2000 Reservoir Road for $3.6 million.
The seller was the namesake trust of Frank and Joanne Warren.
• Jett & Georganne Ricks Family Corp. sold 27 units of the Lanai Apartments project at 5806-5808 B St. and 5815 C St. plus eight nearby units for more than $1.7 million.
