The former home of Vesuvio Bistro at 1315 Breckenridge Drive in Little Rock may soon be the site of a new cigar club.
Following is a brief report from Whispers’ patrol of the state Alcoholic Beverage Control front:
► Cigar Republic, represented by Joseph C. Miller, has applied for a private club license for 1315 Breckenridge in Little Rock, former home of Vesuvio Bistro.
► It looks like Hot Springs may be getting a Texas Roadhouse, to be located at 3623 Central Ave., once the site of a Dixie Cafe.
