Jenny Guthrie has been hired as city president for the Monticello market at Citizens Bank of Batesville. In her new role, Guthrie will lead the Citizens Bank team in Monticello and supervise lending in southeast Arkansas.

Kenetta Ridgell has been promoted to director of communications and community engagement at the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority. Ridgell has worked in public relations and communications for 25 years.
Brent Henderson has been promoted to water systems foreman in the water department at Conway Corp. In his new role, he will assist with maintenance for water distribution at the Roger Q. Mills Water Treatment Plant, Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Plant and Brewer Lake, among other responsibilities.
