City of Little Rock Buys Over 800 Acres to Expand Industrial ParkLock Icon

Land to expand the Little Rock Port Industrial Park leads off this week’s installment of million-dollar real estate transactions.

► Jack Tyler Family LLC sold nearly 874 acres to the city of Little Rock for more than $4.3 million.

Most of the acreage is south of Harper Road between Frazier Pike and Pumpkin Patch Road.

► Iris Whisperwood LLC of New Orleans bought the 96-unit Whisperwood Apartments project at 8309 and 8419 Baseline Road for $3.7 million.

Seller: Marshall Property Management LLC, led by Melba Marshall.

► The Brad & Kathy Workman Joint Revocable Trust sold a 4,352-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock to Kevin and Vicki Scanlon for $2.2 million.

► WYDWH LLC, led by Michael Bennett, purchased a 3,990-SF bank branch at 2201 N. Rodney Parham Road in west Little Rock for more than $1.2 million from Cadence Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

► Pride Valley LLC, led by Roger Coburn Jr., sold a 4,720-SF office building in west Little Rock at 15020 Pride Valley Road for $1.1 million.

Buyer: AG Investment Group LLC, led by Jimmy Batcheller.
