City Title & Closing of Fayetteville has expanded with the opening of a 2,400-SF office leased at 3300 Market St., Suite 118, in the World Trade Center building in Rogers.
Owners Blake Hanby of Springdale and Jimmy Plumlee of Rogers started City Title & Closing just over a year ago in April 2011 with six people, but with the addition of the new office, which opened Oct. 1, the number of staff will soon triple.
The key to the company’s success, Hanby said, was hiring the right people with experience and relationships with people in the area.
