Building maintenance management firm City Wide Facility Solutions of Lenexa, Kansas has expanded to Arkansas with a new location in Rogers.
The office at 214 S. First St. serves commercial properties across the northwest region of the state, managing janitorial services, commercial cleaning, disinfecting and more. It opened on Oct. 17.
The company’s operations in the region will be led by entrepreneur Mike Anderson, who owns an EarthWise Pet Store franchise in Bentonville. Anderson also has experience in the hospitality industry, managing a business that handled loss prevention for restaurants.
“I truly value helping others and when I looked into City Wide, I discovered there was an opportunity to do exactly that through my business,” Anderson said in a news release. “I was blown away with how involved others in the franchise network were and knew it was an excellent fit for my next venture.”
