CJRW of Little Rock has hired four: Madison Dawson will serve as account executive based in northwest Arkansas. She was previously regional marketing director for Brashears Furniture in Berryville and tourism director for the Eureka Springs Advertising & Promotion Commission. Jordan Gray will serve as digital analytics specialist. Ashley Moore will serve as senior account executive. She previously was general manager of operations at Ouachita Broadcasting Inc. Jacob Turbyfill will serve as billing coordinator. He previously was a sales account executive at Insight Enterprises.


Kieran Shanahan has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer of Walmart U.S. He recently was executive vice president, international operations, and regional CEO for Walmart International.
