CJRW Names 4 Women to Board

2 min read

CJRW, the large Little Rock marketing agency, transformed the gender makeup of its board of directors recently by naming four women to the group, according to Darin Gray, the firm’s chairman and CEO.

They are Jennifer Morgan, Katherine Vasilos, Maxine Williams and Shanon Williams, and all four “offer unique and invaluable strategic insight to our clients and are proven leaders within our agency,” Gray said in a statement.

Morgan, an account supervisor who has been with the firm since 2005, manages the advertising and marketing campaigns for Arkansas State Parks and oversees print and cooperative publications, niche marketing and group travel for the Arkansas Department of Parks & Tourism.

Vasilos, a former state Republican Party communications chief, is an account executive managing the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Account. She’s a member of the Junior League of Little Rock and the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion Advisory Council.

Maxine Williams, a vice president at the firm, manages its northwest Arkansas office and oversees client work for the agency in that corner of the state.

Shanon Williams is senior account manager with three decades of advertising and communications experience. Her accounts include Visit Hot Springs, the Arkansas State Police Highway Safety Office, and Be Well Arkansas. She is also a volunteer for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Arkansas Heart Association, and CARTI.

Other board members, besides the newcomers and Gray, are agency President Jill Joslin, public relations chief Mark Raines, creative director Wade McCune, media director Brian Kratkiewicz, director of operations Brenda Worm, and broadcast director Debbie Grace.
