► Two affiliates of Avenir Senior Living of Scottsdale, Arizona, bought Clarity Pointe projects that house Alzheimer’s and dementia patients in Fayetteville and west Little Rock.

The 54-bed facility at 1967 W. Truckers Drive in Fayetteville went for $11.2 million, and the 59-unit facility at 8401 Ranch Blvd. went for $11.1 million.
The sellers were two affiliates of Chicago’s Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.
► The Doyle Rogers Family Ltd., led by Doyle Rogers Jr., sold the 143,210-SF Asher Shopping Center at 6420 Col. Glenn Road for more than $4.3 million.
Buyer: Colonel Glenn Associates LLC, an affiliate of Americas Realty in Pikesville, Maryland.
► The LB & RV Family Revocable Trust, led by Laura and Robert Vogel Jr., purchased a 5,065-SF home on the edge of the Country Club of Little Rock for more than $2.1 million.
