This week’s million-dollar deals and construction starts off with a west Little Rock assisted living facility.
► Transportation Alliance Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of Transportation Alliance Bank of Ogden, Utah, paid $5.9 million to recover the 59-unit Clarity Pointe project in foreclosure at 8401 Ranch Blvd. in west Little Rock.
The assisted living facility for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients previously was owned by Avenir Memory Care @ Little Rock Ltd., an affiliate of Avenir Senior Living of Scottsdale, Arizona.
► Conner Properties Ltd. of Dallas sold its 2,864-SF bank branch at 11101 N. Rodney Parham Road in west Little Rock for $2.1 million to its former tenant: First National Bank of Paragould.
► North Little Rock’s North View Missionary Baptist Church acquired a neighboring 3,950-SF bank branch at 6855 John F. Kennedy Blvd. for more than $1.9 million.

► The FTH Revocable Trust, led by Todd Hickingbotham, sold a 12,658-SF house in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood for more than $1.6 million.
Buyer? The Stonestreet Group Inc., led by Alan Barksdale.
► Rhys and Leslie Branman bought a 4,571-SF home in Little Rock’s Edgehill neighborhood from Brian Teeter and Samantha McKelvey for $1.5 million.
► NS Retail Holdings LLC, an affiliate of NetStreit Corp. of Dallas, sold a 9,708-SF Family Dollar store at 2408 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Little Rock for more than $1.2 million.
Buyer: Family Dollar MLK Inc., an affiliate of Jonesboro’s Glaub Farm Management.
► Diamond Investment Group LLC, led by Sadiq and Zarintaj Noorani, purchased a 3,435-SF convenience store in west Pulaski County for more than $1 million.
