► Clark Contractors LLC of Little Rock will oversee construction of a $4.5 million track and field house for Lacey K-8 Academy at 9417 Geyer Springs Road in Little Rock.
► Titan General Contractors LLC, led by Abigail Reaves and Debra Hope, bought the 150-room Regal Inn at 2508 Hwy. 161 in North Little Rock for more than $3 million.

► You Scream Properties University LLC, led by Todd Denton, sold the 3,390-SF Dairy Queen at 6100 W. 12th St. in Little Rock for more than $2.8 million to Graduate N/C Machining Inc. of Rancho Cordova, California.
► Sullivan Investment Property LLC, led by Michael Sullivan, purchased the 27,264-SF Camp Hope complex at 8809 Mills Road in north Pulaski County for $1.2 million. The 60.3-acre property was sold by Bible Baptist Church.
