A trio of million-dollar real estate transactions takes the stage this week.

► J&R Northwest Holdings LLC, led by Jonathan Rogers, acquired the 32,770-SF Claudia’s Canine Cuisine project at 100 Four Paws Lane in Maumelle for $2.3 million.

Seller: Boudreaux Properties LLC, led by Dumas Garrett.

► Ferndale Properties LLC, led by James and Amanda Moore, sold their 2,650-SF home and nearly 57-acre spread not far from the northeast corner of Ferndale Cutoff and Studer roads for $1.6 million.

Buyer: GA Rose Family Properties LLC, led by Gregory Rose.

► Tsukasa and Kyoko Nakamura purchased a 4,960-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood for more than $1.1 million.

Seller: Stevens Commercial Contractors Inc., led by Jackie Stevens.
