A northwest Arkansas home that is a regular on the most expensive homes list has sold again, this time for slightly more than $2.7 million.

The 6,700-SF Fayetteville home is in the upscale gated Clear Creek subdivision that surrounds Tyson Foods Chairman John Tyson’s Blessings Golf Course. The home overlooks the ninth green of the course, one of many amenities that include five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, an outdoor kitchen and a pool.

Southern Bancorp Bank provided a loan of $2.735 million.

The buyers were Lisa and Andrew Kaplan, executives at Reliable Poultry in Springdale. Andrew is the COO and Lisa is the CFO, according to the company’s website.

The sellers were Chad and Laura Hill. Chad Hill is an obstetrician and co-owns the Women’s Center in Siloam Springs with his wife.

The home was the eighth-most expensive home sold in Benton and Washington counties in 2019 when the Hills paid $1.599 million for it; the sellers were former Tyson Foods executive Monica McGurk and her husband, Thomas.

The home was fourth on the list in 2016 when the McGurks paid $1.595 million for it.
