Coffee Chain Plans 2nd Little Rock Location at Former Regions Site

1 min read

Rogers-based 7 Brew Coffee is planning to open its second location in Little Rock at the site of a former Regions Bank branch that recently sold for $1.35 million.

Flake & Co. of Little Rock announced the deal in a news release.

Thomas Schmidt, a developer with the real estate firm, purchased the property at 8023 Cantrell Road through TWCS Properties LLC.

The seller was Commercial Realty LLC of Little Rock, which acquired the 0.89-acre site for $1 million in May from Bennett Holdings LLC.

Citizens Bank of Batseville financed the deal. EPA Demolition & Construction Services LLC of Little Rock has been chosen to construct the new building, according to the release.

7 Brew has more than 30 locations in nine states. The company’s first location in Little Rock is set to open at 11100 N. Rodney Parham Road, the former site of Shorty Small’s restaurant, in January.
