Colony West Shopping Center Rebuild Tops $3.25MLock Icon

This week’s million-dollar deals and construction kicks off with a tornado-damaged shopping center and a recycling facility.

► Commercial Restoration Co. LLC of Olathe, Kansas, is rebuilding a 36,580-SF portion of west Little Rock’s Colony West Shopping Center at 10300 N. Rodney Parham Road, which was heavily damaged in the March 31 tornado last year. The cost of the project is $3.25 million.

► ARJV IV LLC, led by Chris Moses, paid $5.7 million for the 41,554-SF Ace Glass facility at 3101 Dugan Drive in Little Rock. The seller is 3101 Dugan LLC of Salt Lake City.

► GW1234 Investments LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Good Day Farm, bought the 40,801-SF T.J. Raney Building at 3600 Cantrell Road for more than $2.8 million.

Seller? Peartree Inc., led by Katharine Adams.

► Prestige Properties Holdings LLC, led by Stephen Humphries, sold the former Carvana Fulfillment Center at 5045 Warden Road in North Little Rock for $2.4 million.

Buyer: WRAMR Properties LLC, led by Alan Reuber and Matthew Barrows.

► Ricki Fram and Robert Johnson purchased a 5,220-SF house in the Heights area of Little Rock from Robert and Eliza Gaines for $1.6 million.

► Charles and Shelley Quick sold a 3,570-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Quick’s Lake Place neighborhood to the Kyle & Ashley Stoner Family Trust for more than $1.1 million.

► Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton, acquired a 37.5-acre tract in North Little Rock adjoining the south side of the Dollar General at 11046 U.S. 165 for more than $1 million

► William and Lori Walmsey sold a 4,982-SF house in Little Rock’s Shadowlawn neighborhood for $1 million to David Snowden III and his wife, Elizabeth.
