Foxden Capital LLC, led by Todd and Amanda Denton, purchased the parcel at the southeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Highway 10.
The seller is Highway 10 Corner LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson and Stephen LaFrance Jr. The deal is funded with a two-year loan of $862,000 from Stone Bank of Mountain View.
Highway 10 Corner bought the land in October 2021 as part of a $1.1 million deal with from AJMATS-DT AR LLC, led by Stephen LaFrance Jr.
Timberland Purchase
Two Atlanta concerns were on either side of a $789,711 land transaction in south Pulaski County.
Meadows Timber LLC, an affiliate of Timberland Investment Resources, acquired the 394.3-acre tract from DTOF AR LLC, an affiliate of Domain Timber Advisors.
DTOF purchased the land for $902,271 in December 2022 from Regions Southeast Timber Fund II LLC of Birmingham, Alabama.
Water Land
A 56-acre tract in west Pulaski County changed hands in a $727,200 sale.
Little Rock’s Central Arkansas Water, the largest water utility in Arkansas, bought the land along Highway 113 less than half a mile north of Highway 10 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.
The land was acquired as part of the $1.2 billion merger of Potlatch Corp. of Spokane, Washington, and El Dorado’s Deltic Timber Corp. in December 2018.
Mobile Transaction
A 3.3-acre mobile home park in southwest Little Rock drew a $625,000 transaction.
Stanton Mobile Home Park LLC, led by Ashikul Kabir and Faysal Ahmed, purchased its namesake project at 8485 Stanton Road from Larry Behnke.
The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $500,000 from First Security Bank of Searcy.
Behnke inherited the property from the estate of James Parker Caldwell in September 2001. Caldwell bought the project for $110,000 in August 1990 from the estate of L.W. Webber.
Industrial Acquisition
A 10,000-SF industrial building in North Little Rock rang up a $545,000 sale.
D&J Commercial LLC, led by David and Jessica Townley, acquired the 1805 W. 37th St. project. The seller is ASBE Real Estate LLC, led by Walter Howard Jr.
The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $436,000 from First Arkansas Bank & Trust of Jacksonville.
ASBE purchased the 0.8-acre development for $400,000 in December 2018 from Kevin Carr.
Snow Leopard Buy
A 13,462-SF industrial building in east Little Rock is under new ownership after a $465,000 deal.
Snow Leopard LLC, led by David B. Carpenter, bought the 1416 E. Ninth St. project. The seller is Arkansas Specialty Woods LLC, led by David R. Thompson.
Thompson acquired the 1-acre development for $135,000 in February 2015 from Joe and Delores Taylor.
Apostolic Office
A 3,188-SF office building in Little Rock sold for $290,000.
The Apostolic Sanctuary of Little Rock, led by Timothy White, purchased the 201 S. Rodney Parham Road project.
The seller is the Brady Home Demonstration Club of Pulaski County, led by Barbara Penney and Brenda Forthman.
The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $246,500 from First Community Bank of Batesville.
The club bought the 0.91-acre location in February 1939 as part of a 7-acre, $366 transaction. The seller was Arkansas Bank Commissioner Grover Jernigan, caretaker of Little Rock’s Peoples Trust Co., which went into receivership in May 1933.
Falstone Court
A 4,124-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood weighed in at $1 million. Philip and Miriam Clifford acquired the house from Robert and Kathleen Betchley.
The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $500,000 from Arkansas Federal Credit Union of Little Rock.
The Betchleys purchased the residence for $746,000 in September 2020 from Elizabeth Berry.
The Arbors
A 4,891-SF home in The Arbors neighborhood of west Little Rock changed hands in a $925,000 deal.
The Michael Keith Moore Trust bought the house from Ernest and Donna Peters. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $715,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
The Peters family acquired the residence for $860,000 in July 2007 from M.J. Herr Inc., led by Mary Jane Herr.
Pre-Gubernatorial Abode
A 4,756-SF home in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood drew an $815,000 transaction. Evan and Sharai Amaya purchased the house from Bryan and Sarah Sanders.
The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $365,000 from Encore Bank of Little Rock.
The now first family of Arkansas bought the residence for $600,000 in September 2019 from Benjamin and Kyle Noble.
Broadview Terrace
A 4,210-SF home in Little Rock’s Broadview Terrace neighborhood rang up a $730,000 sale.
Evan and Erin Newbolt acquired the house from Byron and Allison Wilkes.
The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $730,000 from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.
The Wilkes family purchased the residence for $525,000 in December 2017 from Vincent and Lori Renda.
Heights Home
A 2,422-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock is under new ownership after a $720,000 deal.
Nathan Falls bought the house from Rachel Jones and David Backstedt. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $620,000 from Encore Bank.
Jones and Backstedt acquired the residence for $525,000 in October 2017 from Jake and Julie Fiser.
