Springdale-Based Community Clinic Acquires Siloam Springs Health Provider

Primary care provider Community Clinic of Springdale announced the acquisition of Community Physicians Group of Siloam Springs.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In a news release, Community Clinic said the deal significantly broadens its footprint and enhances its capacity to meet the health care needs northwest Arkansas residents. Community Clinic will integrate seven of CPG’s clinics across the region and eastern Oklahoma, adding to Community Clinic’s 20-plus locations.

“This venture underscores our commitment to providing exceptional care and support throughout our region and will provide tremendous care and access to the patients we serve,” Judd Semingson, CEO of Community Clinic, said in a statement.

Community Clinic was founded in 1989 as St. Francis House NWA. It provided resource-based connections before expanding its focus to health care in 1994. In addition to primary care, the provider offers pediatric, women’s health and prenatal care, along with dental care, behavioral health, physical therapy and more.
